Ambassador Supply is an investment and management company in the building sector.
We are proudly owned by Ambassador Enterprises. Ambassador Enterprises is a legacy-minded private equity firm engaging with leaders and organizations committed to creating lasting, positive impact on people and communities. Ambassador Enterprises and its affiliates account for $1.4 billion in annualized revenue and more than 2,700 employees committed to cultivating a legacy grounded in partners, performance, and philanthropy. Based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Ambassador Enterprises was founded in 2006 by Daryle Doden.
We come from deep roots within the built environment. Our owner and founder started Ambassador Steel, a fabricator of concrete reinforcing steel and related products. Ambassador Steel grew to be the largest independent fabricator and distributor of rebar in the US. Ambassador Steel sold to Nucor Corp in 2008. In 2007, the company shipped 422,000 tons of fabricated rebar and distributed another 228,000 tons of reinforced steel.
From our early days, we have been passionate about integrating faith and business. It's in our name "Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God." 2 Corinthians 5:20 ESV.
