Ambassador Supply, a newly formed private equity firm, officially makes its first purchase by acquiring Country Metals, Qualiform, and Proline Truss on December 7, 2012. Based out of Eastern Ohio, these companies include a hardware store, lumberyard, roll-forming manufacturer, and a truss plant.
This purchase marks the beginning of the Ambassador Supply company and the dawn of a new era of private equity investment.
