Ambassador Supply Purchases Standale Lumber, Home Studio, And Home Center

Ambassador Supply announces the purchase of Standale Lumber, Standale Home Studio, and Standale Home Center on May 8, 2018. Founded in 1952 by the Ken Holtvluwer, Standale Lumber is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan and services light-commercial developers, home builders, and pro customers. With all three stores (lumber, home studio, and home center), they have access to any building material a builder could want.

We are honored to welcome the Standale family into the Ambassador Supply family and look forward to seeing the growth and profitability this acquisition will offer to both sides. Ambassador Supply is based out of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and has invested in lumber supply since 2012. They continue to prove that they can be trusted to build on legacies and grow lumber companies rooted in the foundation of the three returns: financial, cultural, and eternal. Ambassador Supply invests in manufacturing, distribution, retail, development companies, general contractors, and building technologies.

Standale Lumber has always been focused on investing in the success of their employees and that will only continue to grow with the new partnership of Ambassador Supply. The two companies plan to keep all employees on board following the acquisition. The seller of Standale Lumber, Clutch Holtvluwer, said, "I can't imagine that the transition could have gone more smoothly for our staff and our customers."
